Data Shows Jazz Has the Fastest 4G Network Across Pakistan

Pakistan’s mobile internet landscape saw a major milestone in 2026 as Jazz has been ranked the fastest mobile network in the country in the latest Ookla® Speedtest Connectivity Report for the second half of 2025. This recognition reflects months of improvement in speed, browsing performance, and overall user experience across millions of real-world tests conducted nationwide.

According to the report, Jazz achieved the highest Speedtest Connectivity Score of 59.83, putting it ahead of its closest competitors. The Connectivity Score uses real-user data to evaluate performance factors such as reliable speeds, low latency, and quality of video streaming and web browsing.

In addition to its high connectivity score, Jazz also recorded a Speed Score of 42.14, which reflects its strength in delivering fast download and upload speeds across mobile technologies. The median real-world download speed on Jazz was 24.13 Mbps, while upload speeds were 8.89 Mbps.

The report also included user-driven performance feedback, with Jazz scoring 74.41 in video streaming performance and earning a solid 5-star user rating of 3.48 based on aggregated Speedtest feedback.

Jazz’s performance was consistent across urban centres and regions. Faisalabad recorded the fastest median mobile download speeds among Pakistan’s most populated cities, while Jazz emerged as the fastest provider in ten major cities evaluated by the report.

Across provinces, Punjab led with the highest median download speeds, followed by Sindh and Balochistan. Jazz maintained its top position as the fastest network across these regions, reinforcing its broad and resilient coverage.

While Zong performed well in aspects such as gaming experience, and Ufone and Telenor trailed in overall scores, Jazz’s balanced excellence across key indicators placed it firmly at the top of the rankings.

Industry experts say such recognition is significant because reliable mobile internet speeds have become essential for education, business, entertainment, and digital services in Pakistan. A higher-ranking network helps users enjoy smoother streaming, better video calls, and faster web access in everyday life.

Jazz is the largest mobile operator in Pakistan, with millions of subscribers and a robust 4G network that continues to grow. The company’s focus on expanding coverage and investing in infrastructure has helped it achieve top performance benchmarks year after year.
