The Cabinet Division has published Toshakhana records for July to September 2026, listing luxury watches, jewellery and religious souvenirs received by senior Pakistani officials.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif leads the reported list with 34 gift entries, followed by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar with 25. Information Technology Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja received eight.
President Asif Ali Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Syed Naveed Qamar and Rana Tanveer Hussain received seven each. The records cover gifts received in an official capacity, rather than purchases by the recipients.
Shehbaz’s gifts include four luxury watches
Shehbaz’s watches comprise a Rolex Day-Date, Rolex Lady Datejust, Rolex GMT Master II and Patek Philippe Nautilus.
His religious souvenirs include models of the Holy Kaaba, Masjid-e-Nabvi and the Grand Mosque of Makkah. The list also includes a decorative representation of the Kaaba’s door.
He received a 36-by-29-inch piece of Ghilaf-e-Kaaba and a piece of Qaleen-e-Riaz-ul-Jannah. Other entries include two packets of Zam Zam water and a painting of Masjid-e-Nabvi.
Four carpets feature in his record. Two measure 121 by 83 inches and 120 by 82 inches. The report lists the remaining measurements as 9.10 by 6.8 and 10 by 6.10, without specifying units.
His remaining gifts comprise three pairs of cufflinks, two pens, three rings and four tasbeehs. He also received four boxes of dates and two perfume boxes, including one containing Oud.
A dagger with a silver case, a boxed shield and a framed photograph or painting showing different poses of the prime minister complete the list.
Dar and Shaza receive Rolex watches
Dar’s four watches comprise Rolex Datejust, Day-Date and GMT Master II models, alongside a Patek Philippe Nautilus.
His other gifts include models of the Kaaba’s door and the Grand Mosque of Makkah. A carpet measuring 10 by 6.10 feet also appears in his record.
Dar received three pairs of cufflinks, two pens, three rings, four tasbeehs, four boxes of dates and four perfume boxes.
Shaza’s eight entries comprise two Rolex Lady Datejust watches, two jewellery sets, two boxes of dates and two perfume boxes.
President and other recipients
Zardari received a Hublot wristwatch, while Bilawal and Naveed Qamar each received a Rolex Datejust. Rana Tanveer received a Rolex Day-Date.
Each of the four also received one pair of cufflinks, a pen, a ring and a tasbeeh. Their respective lists also include one box of dates and one box of perfume.
Reporting on the quarterly records states that all recipients deposited their gifts in Toshakhana, the government’s gift repository.
The disclosure follows the introduction of the Toshakhana (Management and Regulation) Rules, 2026. The framework provides for open auctions of eligible gifts and prohibits public officeholders and their family members from participating.
It also requires monthly online disclosure of gift records, including assessed values, reserve prices and final auction prices.
